Premium Support

Upon popular demand we have launched a new service "Premium support" to help our users build their solutions based on dbBee apps.

Although our wizards provide many ways for customizing dbBee apps (using advanced wizards or utilizing "Include URL" feature or using JDE/XDE as an API for database content) those advanced features still require some skill-set that some of our users do not have. Also, many users simply do not have enough time to fine-tune their projects.

Premium Support is available for both Standard and Professional plan users with different hourly rates as follows:
15$ per 15 minutes (60$/hour) for Standard plan users
11$ per 15 minutes (44$/hour) for Professional plan users

This service is not available for free plan users.
